Every slot is posted by an ASP branch PIC or HR. Your Doctor or Nurse Manager assigns the branches you work at, and you see and apply for slots at those branches. Every application goes through the same checks: the branch PIC confirms the shift, HR verifies the details and pay, and the doctor or nurse manager approves it before payment.
